Josh Hartnett’s Scottish accent is poor. Or as he would say it, poooih.

An interesting love story.

An experiment to see if a movie could be made with characters having no motivations for their actions.

A worthy story, but the drama is really clunky.

Flawed but clever at times. Has a better setup and sense of tension than similar films (with similarly cheap budgets).

Does not coalesce or engage.

Big.

At least they focused on some of the Bible’s good parts.

A great cast trying to deal with a movie about diversity in a 17th-century French workplace.

Probably nostalgic for someone of a certain age from the northeast U.S.
